Terms and Conditions


Ultimate TCG Limited reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, and changes take effect on the day they are posted.


1.Website Content and Accuracy

Ultimate TCG Limited takes the upmost care to provide accurate product descriptions and prices, but with hundreds of items online, errors may occur in these areas. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any orders placed for these items. In any events of mispriced items, we will either contact you to find a resolution or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation as necessary.


2.Refusal of orders.

By placing an order on our site you are requesting to purchase goods from Ultimate TCG Limited. We reserve the right to refuse trade and cancel your order at any point without prior warning and you will be notified of the reason why.

Some items may have restrictions put on them to limited stock availability or special offers. We reserve the right to refuse orders where methods have been used to circumvent such restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce orders that may have an impact on us fulfilling our service to our customers, this includes excessive, fraudulent or immoral use of promotional codes and special offers, or excessive purchases of stock resulting in lines going out of stock or that may be in shorter supply. 

3.Payment

Payments is taken in full at the time when the order in placed.


4.Pre-Orders

When you pre-order items payment is taken in full at the time that the order is placed, this acts as a reservation and secures the items. We aim to ship all Pre-Orders to be received on the published release dates, subject to receiving good from distribution in good time to do so.

On rare occasions with popular products we may not receive our full allocation from suppliers to fulfil all orders. In this situation we aim to distribute products out to as many customers as possible and products will be distributed with priority in order of when the order was placed, any remaining items will be placed on back order. Back order items can be refunded immediately if requested or these will be fulfilled when additional stock arrives.

You may cancel any pre-orders up until it is dispatched, cancellations will incur a 3% cancellation fee to cover any non recoverable costs such as payment processing costs. In the event that due to allocations we are not able to fulfil your entire order and items are put on backorder, this charge will not apply to those backorder items.

Repeat cancellations on Pre-Order products may result in you being ineligible to place Pre-Orders on future products. 

In the event that pre-order prices change between the time of ordering and the release date, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund or receive a credit voucher for the difference to use on the site. (Price changes not including promotional deals/discounts)

For selected high-demand products, we use Registration of Interest forms in place of general pre-orders to help mitigate automated bot activity and ensure fair access for genuine customers. This process allows our team to review submissions and manage allocations more effectively, reducing the impact of automated or bulk purchasing behaviour. Submission of a registration of interest does not constitute an order or guarantee allocation, and customers will be contacted directly if they are approved to proceed with a purchase.

5. Broken Seal Policy

To mitigate resale exploitation and promote fair product distribution, we reserve the right to break manufacturer seals on certain products prior to dispatch.

Products that are supplied with broken seals will be clearly identified in order confirmations prior to payment. This measure is implemented to protect the integrity of our products and ensure equitable access for customers.

Any products supplied with broken or removed seals are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, as once opened we are unable to verify or guarantee that the contents remain in their original condition as sold. 


6.Voucher Codes and Special Offers

We provide a range of different voucher codes for a variety of things and have a number of items that go on special offers, many of our codes can be used across the whole site and some for specific products.

Voucher Codes for Individual Members cannot be passed on and used by other people, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any orders where this has been attempted, we will notify and refund the payment immediately, and the voucher code will be removed. 

 

7.Ultimate Points Loyalty Scheme

We want to reward our loyal customers, so by creating an account we automatically enroll you into our Loyalty Scheme. 

Points can be earned by:

• Making Purchases - Get 3% of the purchase value in Ultimate Points
• Social Shares - Share on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and get points for each share.
  

Points are credited upon dispatch of orders, points used for cancelled orders will not be credited..

Redeemed points for cancelled orders are not refunded once the code has been used.

Points Expiry:
Points are there to reward our loyal customer, after 12 months of inactivity, all points will be removed.

8.Address Errors, Missed and Refused Deliveries

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address details. Goods posted that cannot be delivered due to an error with the address provided, we reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items again or cancel your order and provide a refund and recover costs for failed delivery.

If the delivery is refused we reserve the right to cancel the order and recover costs incurred for the return of the items from any refund. If you do not wish to keep the order and cancel, it is advised you take receipt of the delivery and return it as directed in our returns policy.
