Deliveries

We have a number of options available for delivery to suit your needs.

Our primary delivery providers are Royal Mail and ParcelForce, though we may use others where these services may not be available for certain areas in which we will confirm this with you at the time of dispatch.

We may make changes the delivery method chosen to ensure the most efficient and secure option is used, this may include adding signatures or changing the delivery provider, any additional costs for these will not be charged to our customers.

We aim to ship orders the same day when received before 12.00pm Tuesday - Friday, orders received after this time may be shipped next working day. 

Orders for items which include Pre-Order items will be dispatch when all items are received into stock. Items that are currently in stock ordered at the same time as Pre-Order items will be shipped when the full order is ready for dispatch, if stock items are required sooner we request that these are placed on separate orders to Pre-Order items

Please note we do not ship any orders over bank holidays and weekends.

 

 

Delivery Options

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Typically 2-3 working days from dispatch date. Fully tracked service with email notifications.*
Reduced Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery is available for orders over £20, and Free for orders over £50  

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Next working day delivery aim. Fully tracked with email notifications. Shipped same day if ordered before 13.00pm, after this next day may not be guaranteed.*
Reduced Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery is available for orders over £20. and Free over £200.

*Delivery times subject to collection/local depot drop off times. Pre-order shipping dependent on timely delivery of products, if delivered after collection or drop off times items may still be shipped but delivery times will be effected.
