Returns and Cancellation

General Sales/Stock Items

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery of your items.

If you wish to cancel your order after items have been dispatched, return postage cost must be paid by you.

All products must be returned as they were sent out. Sealed products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. This includes cases quantities where sealed cases have been dispatched. 

With any items not returned is this condition we reserve the right to refund up to 50% of their sales cost (Not applicable to faulty of damaged items).

Damaged Items

Issues with delivered items or items received in damaged condition or found to be faulty can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Issues must be reported on the day of arrival.

When informed of damaged or faulty we will always try and find the best resolution for both parties.

 

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-Order items can cancelled anytime up to release date, and 14 days from release date. If cancelled after dispatch standard cancellation rules apply. Pre-Orders cancelled before release are subject to a 3% cancellation charge (Please see our Terms and Conditions for Pre-Order Policies).

Repeat cancellations on Pre-Order items may result in you being ineligible to place Pre-Orders in the future.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge suitable fees after these periods. 

Broken Sealed Products

Any products supplied with broken or removed seals are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, as we are unable to verify or guarantee that the contents remain in their original condition as sold. Products that are supplied with broken seals will be clearly identified in order confirmations prior to placing your order.
